Once we were up and running The Website Factory went the extra mile to make sure that the sight looked exactly how I wanted it, even allowing for an organic development during the refining process of font sizes and colours etc. I was unfamiliar with Wordpress and had several questions about where to find certain editing tools, which Joel always answered promptly and clearly. Now I am very comfortable with maintaining and changing things on my website thanks to his guidance.
